Before founding Riverwater, he was a partner at Heartland Advisors, a multi-billion-dollar boutique asset manager based in Milwaukee, where he co-managed two small cap mutual funds. He sits on the board of Sky Valley Foods, Coral Gables Trust and is the vice-chair of the investment committee. Adam attained his MBA from the University of Wisconsin in the Applied Security Analysis program and has a B.S. in International Relations from there as well.
